Terms and Conditions

  1. You can have only one Cashback Account.
  2. To open a Cashback Account, your cabinet should be verified
  3. All deposit and withdrawal operations on your live accounts will be automatically converted to your Cashback Account as follows:
    1. 5% from the amount of your deposits will be added as credits to your Cashback Account.
      Example:
      You fund your live account with $500. 5% of your deposit size in the amount of $25 will be credited to your Cashback Account.
    2. 5% from the amount of your withdrawals will be deducted from the credits of your Cashback Account.
      Example:
      You cash out $100 from your live account. 5% of your withdrawal size in the amount of $5 will be deducted from the credits on your Cashback Account.
  4. The credits generated from the trading volume is calculated and added under the following rules:
    1. The trading volume for a period from Monday through Friday (from opening till closing of a trading week) is calculated and automatically added to your Cashback Account on Saturdays on a weekly basis.
    2. Only non-hedging qualified standard lots are considered in the calculations of the total trading volume.
    3. The trading volume on all your live accounts, excluding the Cashback Account and ECN Pro account type, is converted into the credit funds as follows:

      Your weekly trading volume * Base rate * Multiplier = Credits

      Base rate for Forex instruments is $3 per 1 standard lot
      Base rate for XAUUSD/XAUEUR is $0.3 per 1 standard lot

      1x multiplier for the trading volume between 2-10 standard lots

      Example:
      Instruments - Forex
      Trading volume - 7 standard lots
      7 (your weekly trading volume) * 3 (base rate) * 1 (multiplier) = $21 added to your Cashback Account

      2x multiplier for the trading volume between 10.01-30 standard lots

      Example:
      Instruments - Forex
      Trading volume - 15 standard lots
      15 (your weekly trading volume) * 3 (base rate) * 2 (multiplier) = $90 added to your Cashback Account

      3x multiplier for the trading volume over 30.01 standard lots

      Example:
      Instruments - Forex
      Trading volume - 45 standard lots
      45 (your weekly trading volume) * 3 (base rate) * 3 (multiplier) = $405 added to your Cashback Account

    4. The credits for trading volume will be calculated and added to the Cashback Account in case the required minimum trading volume of 2 standard lots is reached on live accounts.
    5. 70% of the total volume from trading Fixed Rate accounts will get to the calculation for credits to the Cashback Account.
  5. Any bonus funds added to your live accounts will not be converted to the credits on the Cashback Account.
  6. You can trade on your Cashback Account using the credits without limits and restrictions.
  7. Instruments from the Indices and Crypto groups are not included in the weekly calculations for trading volume.
  8. Deposits to the Cashback Account are not allowed.
  9. Withdrawal or internal transfers of the credits from your Cashback Account cannot be made.
  10. The Cashback Account cannot participate in any bonus program or any other promotion.
  11. You can withdraw the profits made on your Cashback Account with any available payment method.
  12. In case of a withdrawal or internal transfer of profits from the Cashback Account, the credits will be reduced by the amount equal to that withdrawal or internal transfer. If there are no sufficient credits on the Cashback Account, the credits will be zeroed.
  13. The credits automatically expire 30 days after being issued.
  14. The Cashback Account is not available for clients from the Philippines.
  15. No funds or trading volume on the Live Contest Account will be accounted for or considered in the calculations of credits for the Cashback Account.
