It is not allowed to place any given promo code on the resources, containing:
- Malware;
- Phishing sites;
- Provocative content, violence, cruelty, cynicism, an insult to religions, countries, and people;
- Discrimination against a person, based on gender, nationality or race, social status, degree of education, political or religious views, language issue;
- Promoting bad habits or harmful lifestyles;
- Lotteries, online casinos, betting, as well as any types of illegal financial earnings and activities;
- Pharmaceuticals (official and traditional medicine);
- Sale or lease of unlicensed software;
- Services of an intimate nature or publication of prohibited videos of an intimate nature;
- Breaking the law or engaging in activities that could cause harm to public health or safety;
- State symbols and symbols of other countries, international organizations, or local authorities;
- Weapons (cold weapons and firearms);
- Content for children or distributing children's products or products for children.
- Full terms and conditions for using the promo code and its amount, for paying a reward for activated promo codes, as well as instructions for receiving the reward, are published by the company for approved applications in a personal email letter.
- Payment of the reward for promo code activations can occur in stages - with a step of 50%. It means the client has the right to request the first payment after half of the promo codes (50%) are activated.
- If the promo code expires before all activations are completed, the applicant is paid 50% of the original amount for each activation. For example, if a promo code was activated by 34 clients out of 100, on the condition of $2 per activation, then, the applicant receives only 50%, i.e. 34*$2-50%=$34
- A reward for each promo code is considered due to be paid when the client has fulfilled all the terms and conditions for activating the given promo code. Otherwise, such activation is considered invalid and is not included in payment calculations.
- Applications for placing any promo code can be reviewed by the company for up to 3 working days.
- Payments for the promo code activation with adding them to a live account are made within 3 working days. The company, at its discretion, may set a payment method or a type of payment system for withdrawal.
- Before applying for the promocode, the applicant must register with the company and undergo the verification process. To receive a reward, any type of live account must be created and active (except ECN Pro, ECN Pro Copy, MAM, and Cashback Account).
- The applicant can receive only one promo code (for several activations) for the period of its validity. After the promo code validity period expires, the applicant can apply again for a new promo code.
- The company has the right at any time to cancel the promo code (close activation), as well as payment of the reward in case when the conditions are violated if any fraudulent actions are detected on the part of both the applicant for the promo code and the clients who activated it.
